No worries. If your coat, blazer, trench or any other item arrives with a fault, simply get in touch with us via our contact form or by email.
We will send you a replacement immediately — you won’t need to return the faulty item.

What are the delivery times?

All orders are prepared within 24 to 48 working hours.
Delivery then takes between 6 and 12 working days, depending on your location.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

How do I choose the right size?

Our blazers, long puffers, trench coats and jackets fit true to size.
If you’re between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for added comfort.

The boots are absolutely gorgeous! The material is soft, the shape is perfect, and they really elongate the leg. I wore them for an entire evening — super comfortable. Fast delivery, nothing to complain about.
